Principal Success Architect - Remote

Overview

The Customer Outcomes Principal Success Architect will develop C-level executive relationships and relationship management across customer accounts, aiming to improve Customer Outcomes leading to product adoption and value realization.

In Short

• Cultivate trusted advisor status with executive customer stakeholders.
• Become an expert in ServiceNow value methodology and engage in regular value reviews with customers.
• Understand customer strategic goals and contribute to roadmap development aligned with product adoption strategy.
• Define, realize, and benchmark business value.
• Develop implementation strategies to accelerate time to value.
• Maintain account level relationships to support clear value propositions.
• Deliver high customer CSAT metrics for assigned accounts.
• Experience with creating and refining operating model governance.
• Advocate for ServiceNow's best practices.
• Experience managing outcomes to a CxO position.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency status.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization.
• Knowledge of multiple ServiceNow product suites preferred.
• Proven track record at Fortune 100-1000 accounts.
• Understanding of digital transformation issues and goals.
• Depth in digital transformation design and management.
• Experience in the healthcare/life sciences industry.
• Experience building executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, etc.
• 5+ years of large program experience.
