We are hiring a Client Success VP to lead our most strategic client organization based in São Paulo. This role requires a combination of business acumen, leadership depth, and sophistication to engage with C-level stakeholders and drive transformation across industries.

In Short

  • Lead and scale the Strategic Client Success organization.
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy for client success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.

  • Champion the company’s mission within Brazil’s business ecosystem.
  • Structure best-in-class processes for onboarding and renewals.
  • Act as the voice of strategic clients inside the organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Monitor business performance and team KPIs.
  • Inspire and empower others by caring for wellbeing.

Requirements

  • 15–20 years of experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in managing large client portfolios.
  • Experience with large enterprises like financial institutions.
  • Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of Client Success and Customer Experience.
  • Analytical and structured, yet highly relational.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ambition for larger strategic roles.
