In Short

• Support new and existing customers from onboarding through their entire lifecycle.
• Deliver hiring and analytical expertise to transform hiring processes.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with enterprise clients.

• Analyze performance data to provide insights for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to maximize growth opportunities.
• Represent client feedback to relevant internal teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive organizational change management.
• Up to 20% travel for face-to-face meetings and industry events.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise customer success or account management.

Requirements

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments preferred.
• Proven track record with Fortune 500 or large enterprise organizations.
• Experience driving upsell/expansion revenue in B2B SaaS.
• Strong consulting background with C-level stakeholders.
• History of managing large-scale technology implementations.
• Deep expertise in building business cases and ROI analyses.
• Understanding of technical recruiting and engineering operations.
• Experience using modern sales tech stack (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
