Overview

The Help Desk Technician supports the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the organization’s server environment, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with technical training or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years experience in network administration.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of networking concepts.
  • ITIL Foundations knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required.
