Overview

The Help Desk Technician will provide remote and onsite IT support to internal employees and systems, managing IT inventory and troubleshooting issues.

In Short

  • Manage IT inventory for all devices assigned to your location
  • Image computers and install applications as needed
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for remote and in-office users
  • Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
  • Monitor network operations and resolve outages
  • Onboard new hires and offboard terminated employees
  • Attend scheduled IT meetings
  • Work with onsite leadership to address department needs
  • Travel to local offices as needed
  • Denver Tech Center – Once a Week

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused position
  • Ability to multitask various IT support tasks
  • Basic network troubleshooting knowledge, Cisco Meraki preferred
  • Time management skills
  • Experience with multiple operating systems
