Overview

The Help Desk Technician will provide first and second level technical support to clients, acting as a liaison throughout the problem resolution process and assisting with various technical issues.

In Short

  • Assist clients by providing technical support via phone and email.
  • Document and track client issues using a problem management application.
  • Provide after-hours on-call support as needed.
  • Handle escalated issues and participate in conference calls.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Help train new technicians.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Work from Saturday to Wednesday, 6 am to 3 pm.
  • Require 1-2 years of call center and technical support experience.
  • Must have advanced English language skills.

Requirements

  • High School diploma.
  • 1-2 years of call center experience, with 1 year in technical support.
  • Knowledge of PC and internet troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in English (85% or above).
  • Stable work history with former employers.
