Overview

Experian is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join the Alternative Financial Services department, focusing on non-prime and near-prime lending markets by designing analytics and machine-learning models.

In Short

• Lead custom analytics and modeling engagements.

Requirements

• 7+ years in credit risk analytics or data science.
• Hands-on experience with alternative data modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with non-prime risk dynamics.
• Model evaluation experience.
• Client-facing experience.
• Ability to explain complex models in business terms.
• Background in financial services or FinTech.
• Experience with AFS data sources.
• Mentoring experience is a plus.
