Senior Data Scientist, Consumer Solutions - Remote

Overview

GoodLeap is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to support our Consumer Solutions business unit by using data to explore business questions and inform decision-making, ultimately helping customers save money and reduce emissions through home improvement projects and finance products.

Requirements

• MS in Data Science, Statistics, or related technical degree.
• 3-5 years' experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
• 3+ years' hands-on SQL experience.
• Experience with causal inference methods.
• Ability to define informative metrics and develop actionable reporting.
• Experience supporting product and marketing teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business questions into actionable analysis projects.
