Client Success Associate (Insurance) - Remote

In Short

• Act as a primary contact for escalated client issues.
• Support the implementation and execution of service agreements.
• Manage the contract renewal process for assigned clients.
• Track key performance indicators and service delivery metrics.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and industry trends.
• Collaborate internally to share client insights.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in client support or customer service roles.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience (Bachelor's preferred).
• Understanding of contractual obligations and a client-focused approach.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with SaaS products.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
