In Short

• Support clients across a range of issues, including onboarding and issue management.
• Gather client and product feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and partner with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and product teams for timely follow-up.
• Help identify and escalate issues that may impact clients or patients.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems.
• Establish relationships as a trusted partner to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a healthcare or administrative setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable navigating EMRs and working with data.
• Tech-savvy and a quick learner of new tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• MA experience is a plus.
• Collaborative and solution-oriented.
• A sense of humor and a positive attitude.
