Overview

The Account Manager, Provider Engagement plays a key role in building and strengthening relationships with physicians and clinical partners utilizing Heartbeat Health’s services, ensuring effective use of the platform and driving satisfaction.

• Serve as the main point of contact for physician partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of account management or customer success experience.
• Experience working directly with physicians preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple accounts.
• Comfort with digital health platforms and telemedicine.
• Proactive problem-solver with minimal supervision.
