Overview

The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for managing the day-to-day business of our client’s Patient Engagement Program, serving as the primary point of contact for the client. This role ensures seamless program execution by managing key activities, including setting up internal and external meetings for assigned brands, conducting status meetings and overseeing internal project workflows.

  • Background in biopharmaceutical patient marketing a plus.
  • Experience with Patient Advocacy Organizations a plus.

  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
