Provider Engagement Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Provider Engagement Program Manager will develop and own our provider engagement strategy, playing a key role in attracting, retaining, and educating First Stop Health’s provider network.

In Short

• Develop and implement a comprehensive provider engagement strategy.
• Lead the development of a structured provider communication plan.
• Support “network elasticity” by optimizing provider traffic.
• Become a subject matter expert in all data sources and communications.
• Create and manage automated marketing campaigns.
• Support a seamless provider onboarding experience.
• Develop feedback loops through provider surveys and analytics.
• Work closely with HR for compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to align engagement efforts.
• Conduct a provider lifecycle review and propose a roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engagement, marketing, or communications.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and email marketing.
• Experience in healthcare communications.
• Data-driven mindset for analyzing engagement metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
