The Manager, Provider Engagement establishes strategies and operational directions for risk adjustment and quality improvement, collaborating with senior leadership to drive value-based care strategies.

  • Collaborates with Health Plan Network to drive value-based care strategy.
  • Sets performance goals and manages progress for key performance indicators.
  • Ensures providers have quality and risk adjustment performance goals.
  • Drives provider coaching to improve quality performance.
  • Tracks engagement activities to measure effectiveness.
  • Facilitates data exchanges and documentation education.
  • Assesses team members for competency and provides training.
  • Maintains compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Nursing or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in provider engagement or quality improvement.
  • Experience with managed healthcare provider compensation methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of quality metrics and risk adjustment practices.
  • Demonstrates data analytic skills.
  • Operational knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Visio.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
