Engagement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Rackspace Public Cloud Professional Services Engagement Manager will manage several individual but related projects to the required standard of quality within the specified constraints of time and cost for the customer.

In Short

• Manage medium to large projects with high risk exposure.
• Ensure coherence of each project and maintain the appropriate environment.
• Plan and drive delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
• Monitor and communicate progress, priorities, and risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and customer teams to align business objectives.
• Identify risks and lead resolution of complex issues.
• Define and enforce delivery best practices.
• Track KPIs to measure project success.
• Conduct presentations to various stakeholders.
• Occasional travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• 3-5 years of customer-facing project management.
• Relevant project management certifications required.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Highly proficient with JIRA and Agile management tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Technical background preferred.
