Overview

A proactive and personable Sales Development Representative is needed to support lead generation efforts and initiate conversations with hospital executives across the U.S., focusing on building relationships and growing the client base.

In Short

  • Conduct cold outreach to CEOs and administrators of rural hospitals.
  • Develop relationships with hospital leaders and administrative staff.
  • Identify potential leads and their pain points in physician staffing.
  • Schedule in-person meetings for sales leadership.
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot) with detailed notes and interactions.
  • Collaborate with the physician recruiter and medical director on lead targeting.
  • Conduct cold, consultative outreach via various channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital executives.
  • Align outreach strategy with CEO and marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Assertive yet personable communication style.
  • Ability to build rapport with hospital administrators.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace.
  • Background in healthcare recruiting or hospital sales preferred.
  • Must be available to work EST/CST hours.
