  • Effectively communicate partnership strategy to senior leadership.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics for partnership success.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key partners.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and signing significant partnerships.
  • Expertise in developing partnership activation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of PSPs, Gateways, and E-commerce Platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to motivate high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of partnership models and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
