Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a medical or healthcare-related call center.
  • 1 year of experience in social, psychological, or human services.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm EST.
  • Strong empathy and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented nature with collaboration skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
