Overview

Energy Solutions is seeking a Solar Programs Customer Support Associate to join our Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) team. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries regarding solar program information and resolve customer service issues.

In Short

• Answer inbound calls and emails from customers.
• Provide information on solar program guidelines and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues.
• Maintain ownership of client inquiries and track resolutions.
• Collaborate with team and management for project support.
• Use Salesforce to track cases.
• Respond to inquiries within required service level agreements.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
• Work in a hybrid environment with office attendance required weekly.
• Contribute to a mission-driven approach to clean energy solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve moderately complex technical topics.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
• Team player with multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
• Excellent time management skills.
