Workday Developer - Remote

Overview

This position is for a motivated and technically skilled Workday Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining solutions within the Workday platforms, impacting organizational efficiency and employee experience.

In Short

• Design and support integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and financial systems.
• Troubleshoot Workday technical issues and system errors.
• Support end users with Workday functionality and reporting needs.
• Develop, test, and deploy Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
• Monitor system performance and ensure integrations run successfully.
• Provide training and documentation to business users.
• Perform system updates and ensure compatibility with new features/releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve system workflows and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Workday Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIB.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA modules.
• Proficiency in web services and database querying.
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
