Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, energy, policy, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in program implementation and growth.
• 12 years of work experience with leadership roles.
• Familiarity with the North American DERs market.
• Experience managing operational teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities.
• Strong client and project management skills.
• Proven leadership and financial acumen.
• Exceptional communication skills.
