Overview

The Director of Energy & Natural Resources will assist in building and managing relationships with energy and natural resource clients, focusing on the US market and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver banking products and services.

• Manage relationships with energy and natural resource clients.
• Focus on Independent Oil & Gas Majors and GCC National Oil Companies.
• Collaborate with product partners to originate new banking products.
• Conduct client due diligence and manage credit risk.
• Maintain up-to-date client plans and monitor credit quality.
• Oversee the credit approval process for new extensions of credit.
• Deliver solutions and resources to clients from across the bank.
• Strong knowledge of the US ENR industry landscape required.
• Experience in corporate banking products and negotiations.
• Ability to work in complex international environments.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of customer-facing experience in ENR within an International Bank.
• Bachelor’s Degree; CFA and/or MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating financial agreements.
• Strong financial and credit analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Team player with a comprehensive view of client needs.
• Adaptable to change and complex environments.
