Senior Workday Developer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Workday Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing Workday solutions, as well as working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met.

• Implement and configure the Workday system according to user needs.
• Customize reports and dashboards within Workday.
• Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to integrate systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Workday Developer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of specific Workday tools and modules (Finance, HCM, etc.).
• Familiarity with system integration and API usage.
• Programming skills (e.g., XSLT, Workday Studio, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
