Senior HCM Developer - Workday - Remote

Overview

The Senior HCM Developer – Workday is a subject matter expert specializing in Integration, Reporting, and Functional Configuration for Workday Core HCM and related modules. This role focuses on production support, new development, and enhancements to existing integrations, processes, reports, and security configurations.

In Short

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday integrations with third-party applications.
• Partner with business users to gather reporting requirements and develop various reports.
• Provide ongoing support for Workday Core HCM and related modules.
• Lead system configuration efforts and conduct internal testing.
• Oversee Workday R1 & R2 releases and manage security configurations.
• Ensure SOX compliance by collaborating with audit teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Participate in quarterly roadmap initiatives.
• Adapt to learning new tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of experience in Workday integrations.
• Proficiency in developing various types of reports.
• Strong understanding of Workday security framework.
• Workday Partner or Pro certifications in Integration and functional areas.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-starter and team player.
• Experience with business process configuration is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Adaptability to new tools and techniques.
