Senior Analyst, Project Management - Remote

Overview

This role is focused on directing customer benefit plan implementation for Self-funded New Business Clients at CVS Health, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing project deliverables.

In Short

• Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organized with prioritization skills.
• 5 years of healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience with claims processing systems or similar.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
