Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on crisis intervention experience
• Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license
• 1+ years of EAP, Behavioral Health or Social Services experience preferred
• 2+ years of crisis intervention skills
• Familiarity with brief therapy models and Motivational Interviewing
• Call center work experience
• Experience delivering services via multiple platforms
• Strong rapport-building skills
• Experience in handling mental health and family situations preferred
• Master’s Degree in behavioral health counseling profession
