Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service and call center experience.
  • 1 year of experience in a social, psychological or human service field.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM EST.
  • Must have reliable internet connection with specific speed requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: 1 year of Behavioral Health experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
