  • Manage feedback and testimonials from learners.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Empathetic and problem-solving mindset.
