Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a technical field or teaching technology.
• Proficient in learning management systems and academic technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in education or instructional coaching.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience with team building and onboarding.
• Ability to thrive in a changing environment.
• Remote working experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
