Overview

The Customer Support Associate will assist customers through various communication channels, addressing their insurance needs and ensuring a high level of service.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty insurance license and 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Empathetic towards customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
