Overview

The Billing Lead serves as the centralized point of contact for all billing-related matters within the Aetna Employer Portal operational support team, providing Level 2 support for escalated billing issues and driving continuous process improvement.

  • Support operational readiness for new billing processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in billing operations or revenue cycle management.
  • Ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with billing systems migration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
