HR Representative - Contract Role - Remote

Overview

As a Human Resources Representative, you will interact with colleagues at every level, assisting with onboarding, payroll, compensation, benefits, and policy questions.

• Contract position through approximately mid-January 2026.
• Assist with HR-related inquiries in payroll, compensation, benefits, and policy.
• Serve as a company representative and point of contact for HR.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with HR team members and vendors to resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and use good judgment to escalate issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
• Support leaders in utilizing manager self-service tools.
• Enhance colleague experience through self-service technology.
• Partner with HRIS team to maintain data integrity within HCM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related field required.
• 1 year in office or HR-related experience required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Professional maturity and ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to think critically and provide out-of-box solutions.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to identify issues and make sound decisions.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
