Overview

The Operations Manager at Brew Digital will play a key role in ensuring that the business delivers projects successfully and supports the team with the challenges that come with rapid growth.

In Short

  • Manage the Project Management team and ensure effective project delivery.
  • Support the Senior Management Team with project management and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Promote successful adoption of new processes and procedures.
  • Monitor project plans and schedules to balance workload and resources.
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse financial data to enhance profitability across the company.
  • Continuously improve operational management systems and processes.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Be a point of contact for the Senior Management Team.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing various projects using project management methodologies.
  • Strong people management skills and ability to influence teams.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.
  • High degree of resilience in a changing environment.
  • Flexible and adaptive working style.
  • Good knowledge of OpenAir (SuiteProjects Pro) and Apple Mac.
  • Strong English communication skills.
