Nansen is seeking an operationally-minded Interim People Operations Manager to cover an 8-month maternity leave, ensuring continuity across key People programs.

Requirements

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong data orientation and tracking skills.
• Fluency with Notion, Slack, GCal, and Google Workspace.
• Experience with tools like BambooHR and Docusign.
• Ability to work autonomously and make confident decisions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent project management abilities.
