Digital Media Management (DMM) is seeking a People Operations Manager to enhance employee experiences and manage HR operations within a collaborative team environment.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the People Operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• California HR experience required; New York experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and empathy in operations.
• Experience in designing and implementing HR strategies.
• Previous HR experience in a fast-paced, agency environment.
• ADP Workforce Now experience required.
• Experience managing a direct report.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Thorough understanding of HR compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
