• We are seeking a Manager, People Operations.
• Oversee workforce strategies, talent management, and employee well-being.
• Lead initiatives that reinforce TR Canada's cultural principles.

• Design and lead initiatives to position TR Canada as an employer of choice.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and career progression processes.
• Advise leadership on people-related matters.
• Implement initiatives for employee well-being.
• Recruit and oversee volunteers for administrative support.
• This position can be hybrid or remote with some travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• HR certification is an asset.
• Proven ability to enhance employer brand awareness.
• Expertise in managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Experience using HR analytics to inform decisions.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in specialized software and tools.
• Passion for the mission and values of TR Canada.
