In Short

• Lead prospecting and acquisition of new and recurring donors, corporate partners, and funding opportunities.
• Identify and assess potential grants from government agencies, foundations, and corporations.
• Manage the grant pipeline, ensuring compliance, tracking deadlines, and facilitating reporting.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure funding.
• Implement donor stewardship processes and lead recognition events.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers for donor engagement.
• Oversee third-party donation platforms.
• Use analytics to track fundraising performance.
• Manage a volunteer team to support donor engagement.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in development or fundraising for a non-profit organization.
• CFRE designation is beneficial.
• Proven track record in managing donor pipelines and securing donations.
• Excellent writing skills for crafting proposals.
• Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proficiency in fundraising technology and project management tools.
