People Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Manager to lead and scale our global people operations. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who can simplify and automate processes, drive global HR initiatives, and develop a high-performing team.

• Support compensation & benefits initiatives, including C&B projects and audits.

Requirements

• Ability to lead a global, remote team, effectively collaborating across multiple time zones.
• Proven experience optimizing and automating People Operations processes at scale in a global environment.
• Strong project management background and system design thinking skill in HR, preferably in a tech environment.
• Proficiency in turning people data into actionable insights and strategy.
• Expertise in HRIS management, tooling implementation and workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of international employment frameworks, particularly in Europe and North America, including compensation and benefits (C&B).
• Ability to improve operational efficiency through automation and process design.
