In Short

• Responsible for all payroll-related topics.
• Support the People Operations team in HR processes.
• Act as the main contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries.
• Prepare payroll accounting and communicate with health insurance and tax authorities.
• Create reports using Excel.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as writing employment contracts.
• Act as a sparring partner for managers and employees on HR topics.
• Contribute to process development within the People & Culture team.

Requirements

• Experience in payroll accounting, preferably in a multi-company environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law.
• Proficient in Excel and data reporting.
• Structured and responsible work style.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Fluent in German and English (B2 level).
