People Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The People Operations Manager role at Mangomint is a highly cross-functional role focused on delivering a white-glove employee experience while keeping our HR systems and operations running smoothly.

In Short

• Be employees’ go-to contact on policies, benefits, and day-to-day HR processes
• Coordinate employee experience programs and engagement touchpoints
• Manage the logistics of equipment shipment, tracking, and hardware refreshes
• Own the onboarding experience from offer acceptance through ramp-up
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity
• Administer performance management cycles and employee data
• Monitor and respond to HR-related mail and documentation
• Conduct background checks for international hires
• Identify and implement process improvements across HR tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR or People Ops experience
• Proficiency in Rippling and Lattice
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to independently troubleshoot issues
• Strong sense of discretion and trustworthiness
• Proactive mindset with a passion for optimizing processes
• Familiarity with U.S. employment laws
• Comfortable navigating multiple tech tools
• Bonus Points if you live in MST time zone
