Overview

The Senior ITSM Consultant at The Adaptavist Group will be responsible for crafting smart service solutions and guiding clients through ITSM best practices using Atlassian products.

In Short

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and propose tailored ITSM solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on ITSM best practices using ITIL.
• Develop high-level architecture and implement delivery approaches.
• Configure advanced technical solutions for clients.
• Support pre-sales activities and define project scope.
• Travel to client sites for key meetings as necessary.
• Implement ITIL processes and integrate Atlassian products with other systems.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and upskill in emerging products.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present solutions.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English.
• Proven experience with the Atlassian toolset.
• Ability to lead engagements and deliver solutions autonomously.
• Knowledge of ITIL and its application in ITSM.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in pre-sales activities.
• Innovative thinker with strong collaboration skills.
• Self-starting and ambitious.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business landscapes.
• Experience with web integration using REST APIs is a plus.
