• Recruiter role in the People Operations Team.

• Source, interview, and facilitate hiring processes.
• Support various functions including Go-to-Market and Engineering.

• Use creative sourcing skills and strong communication.
• Manage the recruitment cycle from intake to closing candidates.
• Expected to hire 10+ people per quarter.
• Research and implement new tools for talent operations.
• Be a trusted adviser on bias and diversity in hiring.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Reliable team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven with a focus on sharing and reflecting on data.
• Strong sourcing skills and a network of talent.
• Working knowledge of Greenhouse or similar ATS is an asset.
