The Account Executive serves as a key driver of revenue growth and client success in Actionstep’s Sales Team, playing a vital role in acquiring, retaining, and expanding the customer base.

In Short

  • Meet and exceed individual monthly and annual targets.
  • Prospect and develop relationships in key customer groups.
  • Review and qualify all inbound leads.
  • Nurture and leverage business from new and established relationships.
  • Lead effective Actionstep demonstrations.
  • Research and perform outbound activities for new customer leads.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams.
  • Participate in industry events and webinars.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external parties.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and customer relationship management.
