Product Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Product Operations Specialist will serve as the operational and analytical backbone of the Product team, combining product analytics management, cross-functional communication, and delivery governance to drive measurable impact across the product lifecycle.

In Short

• Own the administration and optimization of Pendo for product analytics.
• Set up and maintain dashboards tracking feature usage and customer engagement.
• Partner with Product Managers for insights from usage data.
• Help enforce and improve product delivery processes.
• Track Product Team KPIs and report on key performance indicators.
• Improve tools and workflows for product lifecycle management.
• Facilitate cross-team communication for clarity on delivery timelines.
• Own and update the product documentation hub.
• Support communication of feature releases and performance recaps.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the Product Development organization.

Requirements

• Experience with product analytics tools, especially Pendo.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in a SaaS environment preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools like ASANA.
• Familiarity with product development processes.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
• Understanding of legal practice management is a plus.
