Overview

As Head of Sales, Americas, you will own ACCURE’s largest and most strategic region, with a clear mandate to accelerate revenue and deepen strategic accounts.

In Short

  • Full commercial responsibility for the Americas region.
  • Deliver ambitious revenue targets across existing and new customers.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team.
  • Define and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global priorities.
  • Report directly to the Global Sales Director and work closely with the executive team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise or complex B2B sales, including senior leadership responsibility.
  • Consistent track record of closing large, strategic deals.
  • Comfortable setting strategy and personally closing key accounts.
  • Strong grasp of complex buying processes and long sales cycles.
  • Credible at C-level, internally and externally.
