Overview

Accenture is seeking a driven and experienced Client Services Lead with sales acumen to join our team in Singapore. This role involves managing large advertisers, coaching managers, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth and achieve business results.

In Short

  • Lead revenue growth for strategic accounts and direct client-facing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Client Industry Managers to design and implement sales plans.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners in the Greater China Region.
  • Run Business reviews for key stakeholders.
  • Ensure partner objectives are met by liaising with internal teams.
  • Provide actionable insights based on partner business goals.
  • Lead client meetings and present solutions.
  • Advise key advertisers on media strategies and product features.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of digital advertising sales experience.
  • Experience with Greater China Export advertisers.
  • Proficiency in Business Mandarin and English.
  • Expertise in digital advertising and media sales.
  • Experience leading teams of key account managers.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Technical foundation in advertising technologies.
  • Experience with Ecommerce & Retail-based advertisers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
