Overview

The Customer Support IAM Engineer will provide technical leadership and support for Premier customers, ensuring their IT environments are optimized and healthy through proactive consultations and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise customer environments.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge and skills.
  • Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management.
  • Active Directory expertise required.
  • Networking knowledge (IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory scripting technologies.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory.
  • Strong customer engagement skills.
