Overview

The Partner Operations Director will manage operations and enablement for the Partner Experience team, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality output while directly reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project or program management.

• Technical aptitude with complex software solutions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management software.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Experience in customer success is a bonus.
