Abridge is seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead strategic partnerships in federal healthcare, ensuring compliance and successful execution of government contracts.

• Own the end-to-end program strategy for a major enterprise partner.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years in program management or partner operations.
• Experience leading large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record in healthcare technology or regulated industries.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead problem-solving initiatives.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana or Jira.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Experience aligning technical and non-technical teams.
