In Short

• Lead account management and operational success of Health Plan vendors and partners.
• Define and lead customer implementations with health plan partners.
• Optimize operational relationships with health plan vendors.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for vendor performance.
• Lead end-to-end health plan implementation and renewal processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partner strategy.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• 7+ years of experience in partner management or health plan operations.
• Experience in a health tech startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with operational analytics tools and customer ticketing systems.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of TPAs, PBMs, and health plan vendor solutions.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter with strong executive presence.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
